Organisational Structure

idp is a flexible network of resource persons with a minimum of administration and bureaucracy - Both promoting and practicing good governance.

idp is registered in Norway - Most of the financial and personnel administration is therefore done through our Head Office in Norway. Project offices are established on temporary basis primarily responsible for project implementation, monitoring and evaluation. For smaller for medium size projects we will work with local partners instead of setting up our own offices and structures to minimise costs and maximise sustainability and ownership among local stakeholders.

Reports will primarily be available online to reduce costs for printing and distribution - idp is attempting to fully utilise the opportunities made possible through the development of electronic media.

Should you have any further questions about idp please contact us by e-mail.
